Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region are:

These are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.95 on all international orders. This is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time using our Track123 tracking page on our website. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate.
Delays
While we always aim to meet the estimated windows above, delays can sometimes occur beyond our control (e.g., customs holds, carrier disruptions, adverse weather). If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
