Returns & Refund Policy
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We enforce a strict 20-day return window. You must initiate your return request within 20 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in the exact condition received.
All original tags must be attached, and original packaging must be intact.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee for returns that require repackaging or additional handling.
2. The Return Process
To start a return, contact sales@send-gifts.com.
Unauthorised Returns: Any items sent back without prior written approval will be rejected and/or disposed of at the sender's expense.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. (Note: If we provide a label, the cost will be deducted from the final refund.
3. Immediate Inspection for Damages
Customers must inspect their order within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damages, defects, or incorrect items made after this 48-hour window may be denied. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping box.
4. Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned:
Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.
Customised Goods: Personalised items or special orders.
Personal Care: Beauty products, cosmetics, or hygiene-sensitive items.
Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
Sale Items & Gift Cards.
5. European Union "Cooling Off" Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. However, the item must still meet our "original condition" requirements (unworn, tags attached) to qualify for a full refund.
6. Refund Approval & Timeline
Refunds are not guaranteed until a physical inspection is completed.
If an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial store credit only.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages and Defective Items
📦 CRITICAL: Inspect Your Order Immediately
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will only evaluate issues and make them right if the customer submits an official report. You must complete our [Official Damage Claim Form Here (Click here to file a claim)] with the required photographic evidence. Requests made via email without this form cannot be processed.
